Consent to Receive Calls & SMS Text Messages
Receipt of cellular phone calls (including text messages) may be subject to service provider charges.
Message and Data Rates May Apply. If you listed a cell phone number in your application or provide
an updated cell phone number, then you authorize Coign, individually, and on behalf of MRV Banks, and
our affiliates, agents, assigns and service providers to call (including sending SMS text messages) using
automatic telephone dialing systems, automatic texting systems and artificial or prerecorded messages
to your cell phone number to market to you and to provide account information and services regarding
your account. Agreeing to receive marketing messages via text is not required to access a Coign card.
Coign, individually and on behalf of MRV Banks, may contact you regarding your account including to
assist you with completion of your application, notify you of transaction approval, provide payment
reminders, and conduct collection efforts. You agree to notify Coign immediately if you change your
number or transfer your phone to another person. You understand text messages may be seen by
anyone with access to your phone. You agree you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your
text messages if you want them to remain private. If you do not want to receive calls and/or SMS text
messages, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to help@coign.com or by calling a customer service
representative at (833) 690-2471 specifying your preference. To stop text messages, you can also simply
reply STOP to any text message we may send you.
