Account Notifications

With your Coign app you’re able to opt-in to a variety of account notifications, which will alert you when a certain account related action takes place. These alerts are user selectable from directly within your mobile app.

What kind of account notifications are available?

With your Coign card app you’re able to set up notifications for a variety of account related events, like transactions, bill due reminders, when your account is frozen or unfrozen, and many others. You can also decide in what channel you’d like to receive these notifications. For example, via email, SMS, push, or in the Notification Center. Not all notifications are available in every channel, and some are required, and can’t be turned off, like receiving your statement notification via email.  

How do I set up account notifications?

To start receiving account notifications you’ll need to enable them from within your mobile app. From the Dashboard, tap on Manage Account.

Scroll down and tap Notifications.

Here you’ll see the different channels through which you can receive notifications. Please note that some notifications are only available via certain channels. For example, transaction notifications are only available via SMS and Push.

When you’ve found the notification channel and type that you want to enable or disable, just slide the toggle from the off to on position, or from left to right to turn on, and vice versa to turn off.

You’re all set. Now you’ll receive the appropriate notification whenever that event takes place, via the communication channel you selected. Enjoy your Coign card and keep spending right!
