Other Transactions Questions

Why are some transactions in black, while others are in green?

To make them easier to identify, debits to your account show the amount in black. Credits to your account are displayed in green.

Why do some transactions have parentheses?

For customers that have an authorized user attached to their account some transactions will display with parentheses surrounding letters. This is to let the primary account holder know which charges were done with the primary account’s card, and which ones were done using the authorized user’s card.

Customers can have two authorized user accounts attached to their primary account. Each transaction done with an authorized user account will have that user’s initials inside of parentheses, so that the primary account holder can know which authorized user made the purchase.
