Forgot/Reset Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. On the login screen click Forgot Password, which may be found directly below the Password field.

You’ll be taken through the password reset process, which is very similar to the process you went through when creating your account. On the next screen enter the email that is associated with your Coign account. Verify that you’ve entered it correctly and click Continue.

You should receive an email within a few minutes containing a six-character alphanumeric code. Enter the code you received in your email in the field marked Confirmation Code. Verify that you’ve entered it correctly and click Continue.

You’ll then be asked to create a password. Type the password in the fields marked Create Password and Re-enter Password. The password in both fields must be the same. When choosing your password, it must be at least eight characters, have at least one number, and at least one special character. Once you’re done click Continue and you’re ready to log into the Coign app.

If you’ve done everything correctly you should see a message of success on the screen.

Once you’ve successfully reset your password, you’ll be taken to the login screen. Enter your email and your new password and enjoy spending right!
