Logging In

If you have not yet created your account, you will have the opportunity to do so the first time you launch the Coign app or go to app.coigncard.com. Once you have created your account, the first screen you should see is the login screen.

Enter the email associated with your account, and your most recent password here. Then click Login, and you’ll be taken to the dashboard of the Coign app or desktop site.  

I’ve created an account, but I can’t log in. What should I do?

If you’re on your mobile device using the Coign app or using the Coign web app on your computer and you’re unable to log into your account, start by verifying that your credentials are correct. You should be using the email that you used to apply for your Coign card, and that you used to activate your account. You should also be using your most recent password. Verify that you’re entering your credentials correctly.

If you’ve entered the proper credentials correctly, and you aren’t getting any error messages when trying to log in, you should try resetting your password by clicking Forgot Password on the login screen, which is directly below the Password field.Follow the steps to create a new password, then try logging in again with your email and the new password.

If you’ve reset your password successfully, and still can’t log into your account, please contact Customer Service at 833-690-2471.
